Job Summary
The GTM manager will act as a champion for GTM best practices, fostering operational efficiency, market expansion, and capability development within the distribution network.
Job Details
- Lead the implementation of the GTM strategy across all distributors (DBs), ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide hands-on coaching to Distributor Development Managers (DDMs) and ensure a smooth handover once GTM readiness is achieved.
- Document and share GTM best practices, ensuring lessons learned are effectively integrated into future implementations.
- Optimize distributor operations, including stock layout and operational efficiency.
- Champion the rollout of new technologies and updates within the distributor network, driving adoption and effective use.
- Identify and develop new outlets and avenues of business within DB territories, such as Door-to-Door (D2D) initiatives.
- Collaborate with DBs to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives for business development.
- Ensure the seamless execution of distribution drives, maximizing reach and impact in target areas.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of GTM strategies and distribution operations.
- Proven experience in coaching and capability development.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize operations.
- Familiarity with technology rollouts and digital tools for business enhancement.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with DBs and internal teams.
