Job Summary

The sales data analyst works with sales teams to provide data on sales reports, drives continuous process and data quality improvement to ensure orders are processed correctly.

Job Details

  • Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the sales function.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insightful report to support informed decision making and strategic planning process.
  • Compile and analyse sales data, discerning sales trends.
  • Study market trends to determine effective sales technologies and processes.
  • Improve sales data quality and processes.
  • Review CRM and confirm customer data is up-to-date and sorted accordingly.
  • Any other task as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • BSC/HND in relevant field.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies.
  • Minimum of 4-6years cognate experience.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI
