Job Summary
Strategically lead and manage all warehouse operations to ensure compliance with SBC’s policies and industry standards, driving efficiency and effectiveness across all functions. Develop, implement, and continuously optimize operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance warehouse productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

- Strategically lead and manage all warehouse operations to ensure compliance with SBC’s policies and industry standards, driving efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance warehouse productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery system for packaging, raw materials, and other essential supplies, ensuring seamless integration with production schedules and minimizing downtime.
- Supervise and manage all daily warehouse activities, including product receiving, handling, storage, inventory management, and dispatch operations, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Develop and maintain a scalable warehousing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives, including the design and implementation of robust inventory control procedures. - Monitor inventory levels in real-time, utilizing advanced tracking systems to anticipate restocking needs and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Lead the management and reconciliation of stock, ensuring inventory accuracy and minimizing discrepancies through regular audits and stock takes.
- Conduct regular and thorough stock takes, analyzing results to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management.
- Initiate and lead cost reduction initiatives within the warehouse, identifying areas for process optimization, waste reduction, and resource efficiency.
- Design and implement a sophisticated inventory tracking system that leverages FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) principles, along with best practices in shelving and storage optimization.

- Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, supply chain management or social sciences.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in FMCG industry is a MUST
- Candidate must be reside or willing to relocate to North
